Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
1. PAYMENTS & RATES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Credit cards, debit cards & cash are acceptable modes of payment. For cards like the Amex, a surcharge of 3.95 % is applicable. Cheques, personal or company are not acceptable. Payment must be made in full at the end of each session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All rates and charges are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Wellbeing treatments will incur a 10% service charge and 5% VAT, while aesthetic treatments will be subject to a 5% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. PRICING<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prices displayed on our website, brochure, or in magazines, newspaper articles, and other publications serve as a reference and are subject to confirmation during consultations. Please note that prices may change without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. IDENTIFICATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019ll be requested to provide a copy of your ID for the medical records as mandated by Dubai Health Authority DHA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recommend our guests to anticipate any treatment by making an appointment to secure the most suitable schedule for them. Kindly note that for external guest bookings a 50% prepayment will be required to secure all bookings. All cancellation requests made less than 24 hours prior to the booking will generate a full payment to be processed and late arrival will shorten your treatment time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. HOURS OF OPERATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Longevity Hub is open from 09:00 to 22:00. The Movement Studio is open from 06:00 to 22:00. In-house guests may enjoy our complimentary movement facilities including sauna, and herbal steam room. In-house guests and external guests with a booking may enjoy the Longevity Hub facilities including, full moon shower, Finnish sauna, herbal steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. SKIN CARE PRODUCTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unfortunately, due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to provide refunds for any skincare products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. CONFIDENTIALITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Client records are owned by the Longevity Hub Dubai clinic, and we prioritize the utmost security in safeguarding our clients\u2019 information. None of the client details are disclosed to other clinics or individuals. Your email address will be utilized solely for sending the monthly newsletter, while your mobile number will be used for monthly offers via SMS. Should you wish to opt out of receiving either, kindly notify the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. FEEDBACK POLICY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we have fallen short of meeting your expectations, please reach out to us at info.dubai@cliniquelaprairie.com with the specifics of your concern. We will promptly acknowledge your email within 48 hours and endeavour to address your complaint within 3 days of its receipt.
