2. PURPOSES AND GROUNDS OF LEGITIMIZING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Clinique will process your personal data for various purposes, which are based on different legal bases:
A. Processing on the basis of Clinique’s legal obligations
The following data processing is based on the fact that it is necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation that Clinique is required to comply with, in accordance with art. 6.1.c) of the RGPD.
- Attention to the exercise of rights
Purpose: respond to queries, complaints and claims made to Clinique. In compliance with article 12 of the RGPD and the LOPDGDD, Clinique, as Data Controller of your personal data, is required to respond to the exercise of the data protection rights that you may exercise.
B. Processing based on legitimate interests
These processing operations have as their legal basis the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by Clinique, or by a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms, as set out in Article 6.1f) of the GDPR.
The carrying out of such processing will involve Clinique having carried out a balancing of your rights against Clinique’s legitimate interest, taking into account your reasonable expectations based on your relationship with Clinique.

Clinique processes various personal data in order to manage its relationship with you. For your convenience, Clinique has divided the data it will process into the categories set out below:

6. TIME LIMITS FOR THE STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Clinique will retain the information it collects about you only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in Section 2, provided that, where required by law, you do not exercise your right of suppression or withdraw your consent. After that, your personal data will be kept blocked for the legally stipulated retention periods or statute of limitations, as necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of potential claims.
